EBA positive let-off mechanism apply extensively FAG mechanical let-off mechanism
on the basis of traditional Tricot warp-knitting machine and Raschel warp-knitting
machine.
This mechanism run-in warp accurately and its performance is reliable. However because of inconvenient operating, slow speed and heavy noise results in meeting client's demand less and less. So Runyuan company specialize in developing EBA positive let-off mechanism which is controlled by servomotor and liquid crystal spinning
then inputs speed and warp run-in conveniently. Namely, this system not only has
superiority of accurate and reliable mechanical run-in but also combines convenient
and fast features of modern electronic technology, it really has reached high
precision and low noise.
Main features of EBA positive let-off mechanism:
Warp beam can be moved forwards or backwards manually at the set-up speed using a keyboard on the EBA system. It's convenient when changing new warp beam.
Directly input and display yarn run-in values which controls 4 warp beams at the
same time. Using integrated electronic controlled system, so yarn run-in values
reach 1mm per rack. Inputting values use millimeter per rack for the unit.
Yarn tensile force is very precise during machine operation, which integrated apply
yarn. In case of insured current yarn run-in values, convenient reappear by inputting
same values.
EBA can insure current speed of run-in warp and control run-in warp, which on the
basis of inputting warp beam data (internal perimeter, external perimeter and laps)
on EBA controlled keyboard.
Produced data can be recorded.
EBA system records data of every warp beam and adds data of 4 warp beams. Following recorded data: produced loom-state fabric length, accumulative stopped time, machine run-in time, machine efficiency. Displaying produced loom-state fabric length via keyboard, which uses meter or yard for the unit. EBA system has automatic
records of produced meters which come from certain period of time and obtain any
produced meters of arbitrary machine. Limitation of inputting data
EBA system knows remainder time of operating plate wheel at any time (even have no
inputted revolutions of warp beam. According to changes of warp beam, we can draw
up a better producing plan.
Warp beam can be moved backwards or can be stopped for a short period of time in
order to obtain certain fabric properties. EBA system can be designed
high-performance warp run-in, low-performance warp run-in, normal warp run-in, warp
run-in forward and backward.
